Steps
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the carrot sticks. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked carrots to the skillet, then sprinkle in the ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine and cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
