- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, cut into chunks
- Red onion - 1 medium, cut into chunks
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Cut the lean beef into 2.5 cm cubes and add them to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for better flavor.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef, bell pepper chunks, and red onion chunks alternately onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
