- Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 200 grams
- Rice flour - 100 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - for frying
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp, parsley, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the rice flour with water and the egg to form a smooth batter.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan, spreading it into a thin layer to form a crepe. Cook until lightly golden, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Remove the crepe from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
- Once all crepes are cooked, place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture on one edge of each crepe and fold it over to form a triangle or roll it up securely.
- Heat oil in the frying pan over medium-high heat, and fry the briouates until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels before serving.
