- Chopped walnuts - 30 grams
- Chopped almonds - 30 grams
- Chopped pistachios - 30 grams
- Stevia or erythritol - 2 tablespoons (optional, for sweetness)
- Salt - a pinch
- Olive oil - for brushing
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped walnuts, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, sweetener (if using), and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a walnut) and flatten each ball into a thin disc.
- Place a tablespoon of the nut mixture in the center of each disc, fold the edges over to form a triangle, and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush each briouate with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
