  • Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chopped walnuts - 30 grams
  • Chopped almonds - 30 grams
  • Chopped pistachios - 30 grams
  • Stevia or erythritol - 2 tablespoons (optional, for sweetness)
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Olive oil - for brushing

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, chopped walnuts, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, sweetener (if using), and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls (about the size of a walnut) and flatten each ball into a thin disc.
  4. Place a tablespoon of the nut mixture in the center of each disc, fold the edges over to form a triangle, and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush each briouate with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
