  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 30 grams
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic, minced - 1 clove
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Olive oil - for brushing

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 1 egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to form a dough.
  3. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and crab meat to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp turns pink. Stir in chopped parsley and remove from heat.
  5. Once the seafood mixture has cooled, add crumbled feta cheese and mix well.
  6. Divide the dough into small balls, then roll each ball out into a thin circle.
  7. Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center of each circle, fold over to create a half-moon shape, and seal the edges by pinching.
  8. Brush each briouate with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
