- Crab meat - 50 grams
- Feta cheese, crumbled - 30 grams
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced - 1 clove
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - for brushing
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 1 egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to form a dough.
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and crab meat to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp turns pink. Stir in chopped parsley and remove from heat.
- Once the seafood mixture has cooled, add crumbled feta cheese and mix well.
- Divide the dough into small balls, then roll each ball out into a thin circle.
- Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center of each circle, fold over to create a half-moon shape, and seal the edges by pinching.
- Brush each briouate with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
