- Ground lamb - 200 grams
- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted
Steps
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground lamb to the skillet, season with cumin, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in chopped parsley. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour with the egg and mix well to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle on a parchment paper.
- Place a spoonful of the lamb filling in the center of each circle, then fold the dough over to form a triangle, sealing the edges with a fork.
- Brush each briouat with melted butter and the remaining olive oil.
- Preheat the BBQ or grill to medium heat. Place the briouats on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
