- Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
- Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
- Sliced olives - 30 grams
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, instant yeast, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground cumin.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, honey, olive oil, and egg until well combined.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Once the dough has risen, transfer it to a lightly floured surface and shape it into a round pizza base, about 1 cm thick.
- Place the pizza base on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and sliced olives evenly over the pizza base.
- Drizzle a little honey over the toppings for added sweetness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
