Ingredients

  • Instant yeast - 5 grams
  • Warm water - 120 ml
  • Honey - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 20 ml
  • Salt - 5 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Feta cheese - 50 grams, crumbled
  • Chopped fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons
  • Sliced olives - 30 grams

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, instant yeast, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground cumin.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm water, honey, olive oil, and egg until well combined.
  3. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  6. Once the dough has risen, transfer it to a lightly floured surface and shape it into a round pizza base, about 1 cm thick.
  7. Place the pizza base on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese, chopped parsley, and sliced olives evenly over the pizza base.
  9. Drizzle a little honey over the toppings for added sweetness.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
