  • Coconut flour - 30 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Unsweetened almond milk - 60 ml
  • Butter - 30 grams, melted
  • Erythritol sweetener - 20 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, erythritol, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
