- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable broth - 500 milliliters
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon - 1 (juiced)
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the ground lamb to the pot, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Stir in the cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to toast the spices.
- Add the finely chopped cauliflower to the pot and stir well to combine with the meat and spices.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cover and let it cook for 15 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
- Remove the pot from heat and stir in the chopped parsley, cilantro, and lemon juice.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
