  • Honey - 75 grams
  • Sugar - 25 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons for topping

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small round cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
