- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, chopped parsley, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the fish cubes and gently toss to coat them evenly. Cover and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated fish cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
