- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- Thoroughly clean the lamb intestines under cold water, then soak them in a mixture of water and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and chopped parsley to create a marinade.
- Rinse the intestines again and cut them into manageable lengths (about 10 cm).
- Add the intestines to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated intestines onto the skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are well-cooked and slightly charred.
