- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
- Lemon wedges - for serving
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the lamb liver cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated lamb liver onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the liver is browned and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
