  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the lamb liver cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb liver onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the liver is browned and cooked through.
