Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, honey, and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil or butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface.
