Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Beetroot (cooked and peeled) - 150 grams
  • Walnuts (chopped) - 50 grams
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix the chopped beetroot, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Spread the beetroot mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and crumbled feta cheese evenly on top of the beetroot mixture.
  7. Drizzle a little more olive oil over the top, if desired.
