- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the chopped beetroot, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the beetroot mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
