Steps
- Heat olive oil in a tagine or a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

- Add the beef stew meat to the pot, browning it on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.

- Pour in the beef broth, add the prunes, and drizzle with honey; bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
