- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers.
