Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, cut into 2.5 cm cubes

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers.
