Ingredients

  • Ground beef - 300 grams

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (for grilling)

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs or ovals, about 5 cm in length.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
  5. Grill the kefta for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
