- olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired level of doneness (medium-rare is recommended).
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
