Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes and dried prunes alternately onto the soaked skewers.
