  • Carrots - 400 grams

  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your BBQ grill or a grill pan on medium-high heat.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks or wedges, about 1 cm thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss them until evenly coated with the spice mixture.
