  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a tagine or a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
