Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the zucchini thoroughly and slice them into 1 cm thick rounds.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the zucchini slices to the bowl and toss them well in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
