Ingredients

  • Butternut squash - 500 grams

  • Ground cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Pine nuts - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and cut the butternut squash into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the spice mixture over the cubed squash and toss until evenly coated.
