- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peeled and cut carrot sticks, chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the carrots and chickpeas are well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
