- chopped almonds - 30 grams
- chopped dates - 30 grams
- eggs - 2 large
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a saucepan, bring water and milk to a gentle boil, then add the semolina gradually while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add honey, salt, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes, then stir in the chopped almonds and dates.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and then fold them into the semolina mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
