- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable broth - 100 ml
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Peel the onions and cut the tops off, creating a small cavity in the center of each onion.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and vegetable broth to create a marinade.
- Carefully spoon the marinade into the cavity of each onion, ensuring they are well filled.
- Place the stuffed onions upright in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade around them.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the onions are tender and caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
