Steps
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- In a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the lamb chunks. Brown the meat on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

- Add the prunes, honey, and cinnamon stick to the pot, followed by the vegetable broth. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Cover the pot with a lid and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the lamb is tender.
