  • Fresh cilantro - 30 grams (about 1 cup, chopped)
  • Fresh parsley - 30 grams (about 1 cup, chopped)
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped cilantro, parsley, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, red chili flakes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create the chermoula marinade.
