  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams, halved
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Red onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
