Ingredients

  • Feta cheese - 200 grams
  • Mixed olives (green and black) - 100 grams, pitted and chopped
  • Cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a baking dish, place the feta cheese in the center.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped olives, halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, parsley, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
