- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, coriander, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
