Ingredients

  • Canned chickpeas - 400 grams (drained and rinsed)

  • Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, coriander, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through to ensure even cooking.
