Ingredients

  • Carrots - 400 grams, peeled and cut into sticks

  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the peeled and cut carrots with olive oil, honey, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the carrots are tender and caramelized.
