- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the peeled and cut carrots with olive oil, honey, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the carrots are evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned carrots in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
