  • Fresh mint - 15 grams

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Start by halving the avocados, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the avocados into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the avocado.
  4. Finely chop the red onion and add it to the mixing bowl.
