  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
  3. Add the sliced zucchini, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
