Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Whole milk - 30 ml
  • Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Condensed milk - 60 ml
  • Evaporated milk - 60 ml
  • Heavy cream - 60 ml
  • Whipped cream - for topping
  • Cinnamon - for sprinkling (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the whole milk and vanilla extract to the egg mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
