- Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
- Red onion, finely chopped - 50 grams
- Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Avocado - 1 medium
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the corn tortillas on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
- Bake the tortillas in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are crispy and slightly golden.
