Ingredients

  • Corn tortillas - 4 pieces
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved - 100 grams
  • Red onion, finely chopped - 50 grams
  • Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Avocado - 1 medium
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Place the corn tortillas on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake the tortillas in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until they are crispy and slightly golden.
  4. While the tortillas are baking, in a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Prepare the avocado sauce by blending the avocado with lime juice, salt, and a little water until smooth.
  6. Once the tortillas are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
