Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Taco seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Salsa - 1/2 cup
  • Shredded lettuce - 1 cup
  • Sliced black olives - 1/4 cup
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a circle about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and firm.
  5. While the crust is baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
  6. Remove the crust from the oven and spread salsa evenly over the top.
  7. Add the cooked ground beef evenly over the salsa, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with shredded lettuce, sliced black olives, sour cream, and chopped cilantro before slicing and serving.
