- Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Ground beef - 200 grams
- Taco seasoning - 1 tablespoon
- Salsa - 1/2 cup
- Shredded lettuce - 1 cup
- Sliced black olives - 1/4 cup
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 1/2 cup
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, and egg. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a circle about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and firm.
- While the crust is baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread salsa evenly over the top.
- Add the cooked ground beef evenly over the salsa, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with shredded lettuce, sliced black olives, sour cream, and chopped cilantro before slicing and serving.
