- Potatoes - 300 grams

- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Egg - 1 large
- Whole wheat flour - 3 tablespoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime - 1, juiced
Steps
- Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes or until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the potatoes with a fork until smooth.
- Add the chopped green onion, cilantro, minced garlic, egg, whole wheat flour, salt, black pepper, and lime juice to the mashed potatoes and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 5 cm in diameter.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil before serving.
