  • Salt - 5 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Water - 120 ml
  • Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped (optional)

  2. Add the vegetable oil and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Gradually add the water, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
  7. On a floured surface, use a rolling pin to flatten each ball into a thin circle (about 25 cm in diameter).
  8. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side, until lightly browned and cooked through.
  9. Keep the cooked tortillas warm in a clean kitchen towel while cooking the remaining tortillas.
