  • cooked chicken breast - 100 grams, shredded
  • fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

  • black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes into rounds.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
