- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Fold the sautéed spinach mixture into the egg mixture, followed by the grated cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top.
