Ingredients

  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Milk - 100 ml

  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, grated
  • Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  5. Fold the sautéed spinach mixture into the egg mixture, followed by the grated cheddar cheese.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top.
