- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
- Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
- Microwave the cheese mixture on high for about 1 minute, then stir and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted and combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika together.
- Combine the melted cheese mixture with the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into triangles or desired chip shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
- Transfer the cut chips to the prepared baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
