Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 1 cup
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
  3. Microwave the cheese mixture on high for about 1 minute, then stir and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted and combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika together.
  5. Combine the melted cheese mixture with the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  7. Cut the dough into triangles or desired chip shapes using a pizza cutter or knife.
  8. Transfer the cut chips to the prepared baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
