- Dried shrimp - 100 grams
- Corn flour - 1 cup

- Green onion - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Soak the dried shrimp in warm water for about 10 minutes to soften, then drain and chop finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, corn flour, water, cilantro, green onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a thick batter forms.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of the shrimp mixture into the skillet for each patty, flattening them slightly with a spatula.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Add more olive oil as needed.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and let them drain on paper towels before serving.
