- Beef steak (sirloin or flank) - 300 grams

- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Bell pepper (mixed colors) - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Marinate the beef steak in a mixture of olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- While the steak is resting, grill the bell pepper and onion slices for about 3-4 minutes until slightly charred and softened.
- Slice the grilled steak thinly against the grain.
- To assemble, place the sliced steak on a plate, top with grilled bell peppers, onions, halved cherry tomatoes, and avocado slices.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.
