Steps
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Remove the casing from the chorizo sausage and add it to the skillet, cooking for about 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- While the chorizo is cooking, slice the bolillo rolls in half and toast them lightly in a separate pan or toaster.
