Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, tapioca flour, salt, and water to form a dough.
- Knead the dough for about 2-3 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each into a thin round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with olive oil.
- Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until it is crispy and lightly golden.
- In a small saucepan, heat the black beans over medium heat with minced garlic, cumin, and oregano until warmed through.
- Spread the seasoned black beans evenly over the baked crusts.
