- Maple syrup - 30 ml

- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Soy milk - 100 ml
- Almond milk (for soaking) - 80 ml
- Coconut cream - 100 grams
- Powdered sugar - 10 grams

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a small cake pan (approximately 15 cm in diameter).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the milk mixture by combining coconut milk, soy milk, and almond milk in a bowl.
- Once the cake is done, let it cool for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a plate.
- Poke holes all over the top of the cake using a skewer or fork and slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
- Refrigerate the soaked cake for at least 1 hour to absorb the milk mixture.
- To prepare the topping, whip the coconut cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Spread the whipped coconut cream over the soaked cake and garnish with shredded coconut before serving.
