- Erythritol - 50 grams
- Eggs - 2 large
- Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon

- Lemon Zest - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F) and grease a small round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add the erythritol, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, coconut flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
