  • Oats - 50 grams
  • Coconut oil - 30 grams
  • Honey - 30 grams
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, blend the oats until they form a fine flour.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, melted coconut oil, honey, and salt to form the crust mixture.
  4. Press the crust mixture into a 20 cm (8 inch) tart pan evenly and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in a blender, combine the walnuts, eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
  6. Pour the walnut filling into the pre-baked crust and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake the tart for an additional 25 minutes, or until the filling is set and slightly golden.
